Fields

All = Document | MergedDictionary | TemplateContent | DataTemplateContent: Every kind of load.
DataTemplateContent = 8: A DataTemplate's content, built for one data item. Pooled item containers do this whenever they need a new item view, so it can be very frequent.
Document = 1: A document loaded through one of the MarkupLoader Load/LoadObject overloads.
MergedDictionary = 2: A resource dictionary document loaded on behalf of another document's <ResourceDictionary Source="..."/>.
None = 0: No load at all. An observer whose ObservedKinds is this is never called.
TemplateContent = 4: A ControlTemplate's content, built for one templated control. This happens every time a control applies a template, so it can be very frequent.
