One tab within a TabControl - Content is the tab's own body, shown only while this item is the TabControl's SelectedItem; Header/Icon describe how this tab's clickable header row looks.

A plain data item, not itself realized directly - TabControl builds each header from
Header/Icon via its own default ItemTemplate, wrapped in a
SelectorItem. Disabling a tab is just IsEnabled - no
TabItem-specific plumbing needed.
