Class TreeViewExpander
The chevron of a TreeViewItem: an Icon that reports its own taps, so a tap on it opens or closes the row without selecting it.
public class TreeViewExpander : Icon, INotifyPropertyChanging, IBindingTarget, INotifyPropertyChanged, INotifyFocusChanged

Remarks
Taps bubble to every ancestor with no "handled" flag (see OnTap()). This part raises Tapped first, and its TreeViewItem then skips its own tap handling for that tap. Name it ExpanderPartName in a TreeViewItem template.
Constructors
TreeViewExpander()
Initializes a new instance of the TreeViewExpander class, showing ChevronRight.
public TreeViewExpander()
Methods
OnTap()
Invoked by Canvas when this element (or a descendant) is the target of a completed tap (see Tap). The base implementation does nothing.
protected override void OnTap()
Remarks
Called on the hit-tested element and every one of its ancestors (bubbling, with no "handled" flag in
v1) - so e.g. a Button reacts to a tap on its label TextBlock just as it would to a tap on
its own background.
Events
Tapped
Occurs when the chevron is tapped while enabled.
